Can I return or replace my product if it was purchased through a retailer?

We are unable to accept returns for products that are purchased through a retailer. 


If you did not place your order on the Imperial site directly, please check your order's receipt or other records for details on how to get in touch with a team to better assist you.


We usually cannot remake products that have been purchased from a retailer if the item/logo is not available on our retail site. If you're not sure, you can always reach out to our customer service team for assistance by creating a new support ticket.
